A Private Boat Shuttle to Keewaydin Island Beach

Boat Shuttle services are offered Wednesday through Monday from
November through May and limited days October and June.
Morning Session: Be in Club parking lot by 9:00 am
Return departs the Island by 1:00 pm
Afternoon Session: Be in Club parking lot by 11:30 am
Return departs the Island by 3:00 pm

If leaving a message, include your name, date of requested trip, number of riders and contact phone number. Reservations are not final until confirmed by the reservationist. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may not be made more than 30 days in advance. Reservations are limited to eight (8) persons per household. Cancellations must be called into the above number 24 hours in advance; no shows can lead to suspension of shuttle reservation privileges.
Please park in the back of the parking lot at the Main Clubhouse and wait for the arrival of the parking lot tram to transport you to the boat dock.
Don’t have a reservation?
If space is available after pre-reserved beach-goers have been accommodated, you may be able to go as a walk-on. Just be in the parking lot 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Walk-on spaces will be offered on a first-come first-served basis.
Sunset Cruises are offered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from November—May. The cost is $15 per passenger, cash or check, due at time of departure The boat departs the dock one hour before sunset; departure time will be relayed when your reservation is confirmed. Please be in the Keewaydin section of the Club parking lot 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Please make your checks payable to the Windstar Master Association.
No Show Policy
If you have made reservations but cannot make the voyage we ask that you call to cancel by 2:00PM the day before your scheduled trip to the island. Failure to cancel may result in suspension of use so please cancel per the above timeline.
Important Information: Cancellation of trips due to inclement weather or low tides is at the discretion of the Captain. If forecasted winds exceed 20 mph (USCG operating specification for this vessel), trips will be cancelled. You will be notified of such cancellations or postponements as soon as possible. The Keewaydin Queen seats a maximum of 41 passengers. Trips are allowed for Residents, Club Members or Registered Tenants. All passengers must sign a “Waiver of Liability” before leaving the dock. The Keewaydin Island facilities will be unlocked on operating days only. Carry out all trash. No Smoking on Shuttle or on beach property. No pets on the Shuttle or beach property. The Shuttle is in dry storage from mid July to mid October.
